Homemade Chicken Biryani with Curd Salad as Sidedish

Hello friends, today I’m going to tell you about ‘How to make Chicken Briyani in home’.
The Key Ingredients: Basmati Rice – 1 Kg Fried Chicken – ¼ Kg Tomato – 3 (Big) Onions -3 (Big) Green Chilli – 4 Ginger Garlic paste – 50gm Cinnamon stick – 3 Cardamom – 3 Cloves – 4 Red Chilli powder – 2 ½ tbsp. Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp. Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp. Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp. Curd – 50ml Salt – 3 tbsp. Coriander & Mint leaves – ½ bunch of leaves Lemon – 1 Ghee – 50ml (3tbsp.) Oil – 50ml (3tbsp.) Sea salt – 2tbsp. (For mixing with water) Water – 100ml Vinegar – 50ml How to make side dish (Curd paste): Onion – 2 Carrot – 2 Salt – 2tbsp. Cucumber – 1 Curd – 100ml Mix all the ingredients above (Curd paste) and taste with your Chicken briyani. Procedure to make the Chicken Briyani: Take an iron pan and lighten the stove in low flame. Add oil, ghee, whole spices (Cinnamon stick, Cardamom & Cloves) and onions till the onion is cooked well for 2 minutes. Add tomato, green chilli and ginger garlic paste to maximize the dish in tasty condition (cook well for 1 minute). Put red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curd and vinegar into the pan until the dish is cooked nicely. Take one bath add 100 ml of water and add sea salt until the water is boiled. Add salt, fried chicken and rice stir it well nicely and finally add boiled water till the dish is cooked for 3 minutes. How to make Brinjal Masala for Briyani and Pulao

Hello friends! Today I'm going to tell about 'how to make Brinjal Masala for Briyani and Pulao'.

The Key ingredients are:
Brinjal - 1/2 kg
Tomato - 3 (To be blended)
Onions  - 2
Garlic - 2 (small)
Curry leaves - 2 leaves
Green Chilli - 2
Oil - 100 gm
Cinnamon powder - 1 tbspoon
Black Mustard powder - 1/2 tbspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 tbspoon
Black gram - 1/2 tbspoon
Tamarind - 50 gm (To be mixed with water as Tamarind water)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoon

Firstly wash all the vegetables, cut the Onions, Tomato(Blended), Brinjal and Garlic. Take an iron pan and lighten the stove in low flame. Add 100 gm of oil into the pan, add 1 teasp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tbsp black gram and stir it nicely until it boil. After that, add 2 garlic & onions in the pan and cook them with medium flame as brownish color. Add 2 leaves of curry leaves with medium(as your wish) pieces of cutted brinjal until cooked smoothly. Put the tomato paste which is blended in mixer and add 1/2 teasp turmeric powder, 1 teasp red chilli powder. Finally add tamarind water with 1 teasp of salt until the flavour smells out nicely and it looks like masala after that add 2 teasp of sugar and cook in medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
